A quick note about advertisements on our website

We recently began implementing advertisements on certain parts of our website to help support the continued creation of free articles, resources, and self-care content. Our intention has always been to place ads in a limited and respectful way so they remain as unobtrusive as possible.

Unfortunately, during the setup process something went wrong, which temporarily caused an unusually high number of advertisements to appear on some pages. This was never our intention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
